Role Overview:
We are looking for a highly motivated professional to join our investment banking team as an Associate or Senior Associate. You will play a key role in executing M&A, capital raising, and strategic advisory projects across a wide range of industries. Our Associates and Senior Associates are a vital part of Dragon Capital’s investment banking team. The title and compensation will be determined based on the candidate’s experience and capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Support execution of M&A, capital raising, and advisory mandates
Build and maintain detailed financial models and perform valuation analyses
Prepare marketing materials, information memoranda, and presentations
Conduct industry research, peer benchmarking, and company analysis
Participate in due diligence and transaction structuring
Communicate with clients, investors, legal and financial advisors
Contribute to business development initiatives and pitch preparation

Requirements

Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in investment banking in Ukraine (preferred), Big 4 transaction support or valuation advisory
Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
Ability to work independently, think strategically, and take ownership of deliverables
Proactive mindset with a drive to contribute ideas across project execution and deal origination
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Fluent in Ukrainian and English
Strong attention to detail, work ethic, and ability to deliver under pressure
Team player with a hands-on attitude
