Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Nurse Practitioner located in Houston, TX. The role involves conducting patient assessments, diagnosing and treating health conditions, and managing chronic illnesses with a focus on endocrine disorders. Responsibilities include performing physical exams, ordering and interpreting tests, developing treatment plans, prescribing medications, and providing patient education on condition management. The Nurse Practitioner will work closely with the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Requirements

*Licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with certification and registration in Texas
*Experience in endocrinology or internal medicine is preferred
*Strong diagnostic and clinical skills to assess and treat patients
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients and the healthcare team
*Ability to develop and implement treatment plans effectively
*Proficient in electronic health records (EHR) and medical software
